Cross out the 6 in the denominator of the first fraction and the numerator of the second fraction and then multiply:
(2x²-10x-28)/(x²-7x)
Then factor the numerator and youll get: 
2(x²-5x-14)= 2(x-7)(x+2)
Factor the denominator and youll get:
x(x-7)
Cross the (x-7) out from both the numerator and denominator and you'll get"
(2(x+2))/x
and that equals the first option, (2x+4)/x
