It could be A or B, because 2n means 2 times n, which thats the sum of twice a number. And six? Is it adding or subtracting?
If it's adding, It'll be B.) 2n + 6
But is subtracting, it'll be A.) 2n - 6

2 = twice
n=number
+ = Sum 
6= 6

So it would be the sum of twice a number and six
