For number 25, the student is correct because if you were to add up the perimeters of both the square and rectangle, they each add up to 4x+8

Let's see together
The perimeter is the sum of all sides' length of a shape
so for the rectangle:
x+ x+4 + x + x+4 = 4x + 8
and for the square:
4(x+2) = 4x + 8
So they have the same perimeter
