Assume these are weekly. Christopher worked 10 hours at $8 a hour. Taxes were 2%. How much money was left.

step 1

Find the total money earned

10(8)=$80

step 2

Find the 2%

2%=2/100=0.02

0.02(80)=$1.6

step 3

Subtract $1.6 from the total

$80-$1.6=$78.4

therefore

the answer is

$78.4
