Lets draw equations of

Line equation is in the form y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

Both the lines shown have slope of -1/3. Same slope with different y-intercepts means that the lines are parallel.

Parallel linese never intersect thus, there is no point of intersesction.

There is no solution to the system of linear equations shown above.
