In the Formula 3Na(OH)2 there are 6 total oxygens. The 2 comes from the charge of Na and will be distributed to the OH since it is outside the parenthesis. Now, Since there are 3 of these molecules, that means we will have 3 groups of 2 oxygens, making 6 in total
