Add (5+5) which gives you 10
Then add the other (5+5) that gets you 10
Multiply those two which gives you 100.
Then divide by 5 which leaves with 20.

The answer is 20.

If the x is a variable then the answer is (20x)

This is following the steps of PEMDAS
