I keep rolling my ankle and have pulled a muscle in the back of my leg, running Cross Country. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can you help PLEASE?

maybe get an ankle brace or something to hold your ankle so it doesn’t roll as easily. and for the pulled muscle, massage it a few times a day, maybe take a hot bath or shower?
