Why do you think it is difficult for some people to come up with things they admire about themselves and not as much for others?

Because usually people compare themself to others and feel down about themselves.

It’s easier to see the best parts in others rather than themselves. We don’t see ourselves as the world does and we tend to overthink letting ourselves believe the worst.
