When there is an attempted crime, there is no crime in fact, but the attitude is right there, the thought, the intention to commit it. I believe that an individual who has attempted to commit the crime and this has not materialized must also respond in court for the act. The better resolution would be the activity of doing social measures of service to the community, for a given time, or even house arrest for a certain time. Freedom could be deprived for a time, so as to make the individual reflect.
