What is the smallest integer that can be divided by the product of a prime number and 7 while yielding a prime number?

Short Answer 28
If I'm reading this correctly it is 28.
2 is a prime number.
7 is also a prime

They are multiplied together to give 2*7 = 14

When you divide 28/14 you get 2 which is the smallest prime.
